In the book Gemba Kaizen Masaaki Imai describes gemba as a Japanese word meaning “real place”. Gemba is the place where things get done. Where value is created.

Traditionally gemba is the workplace, such as a shop floor. Gemba can also be your home and in a sense your life.

The Japanese word Kaizen means continual improvement. What we seek to do here is Gemba Kaizen. To offer ways to continualy improve your work, your home and your life.
